What can I say? Only that Scruffy was exceptional
What can I say? Only that Scruffy was exceptional ! We booked him to MC for our wedding during the meal and he had the place rocking! No lull during dinner, from the entrance reception right through to the band the place was buzzing. Scruffy kept the buzz going throughout the meal and this set the tone for the rest of the night! No interferences with the meal, he is ultra professional and we couldn't speak highly enough of him. Any couple getting hitched I would most certainly recommend getting him for your day. He made ours one to remember for sure! We just wish we could do it all again. Thank you Scruffy!

Scruffy puts everything into entertaining the crowd & took all the pressure off us
We had Scruffy's full wedding show including the ceremony at Kilronan Castle. What a brilliant day & night it turned out to be. We were a little anxious leading up to the day about how our guest would interact, we had nothing at all to worry about, what a show Scruffy put on from the ceremony being intimate & inclusive but not to formal, which lead on to the madness. Nobody was expecting what was to follow. Half our guests were dancing on the chairs before the 2nd course was served. Even the older guests gave it large, a sight to seen. We had a dance off, a lip sink battle & all sorts of madness. Scruffy puts everything into entertaining the crowd & took all the pressure off us from the day we signed up with him. We spoke to the majority of our guests over the following days/weeks & everyone said it was the best wedding they attended & If they knew about Scruffy Duffy, they would have loved to have their own wedding just like that. Some planning their big day said they will most definitely hire DJ Scruffy. Keith & Orla would like to thank you Scruffy for making our day one that will never be forgotten & would advise anyone looking for something different for their wedding to sign up to the madness. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Scruffy was an absolute professional from the moment he was booked. He was in touch very often to check in on everything and on the day he blew it out of the water. He set the atmosphere for the night, the place was electric and everyone- both young and old could not stop talking about Scruffy and his performance. Absolutely delighted we got him. Scruffy Duffy done the MC during the meal for our wedding back in May of this year ,and getting him was definitely the highlight of our day without a doubt! The energy in the room was unbelievable, over 360 guests and he had the room rocking, people dancing on chairs and singing there hearts out! It was so lively all the way through we didn't want the meal to end! If your thinking about booking him do it!

"Absolute gent of a bloke and worth every penny"
Do yourself and your wedding guests a favour and get this man on board for your wedding. He did literally everything for us from celebrant, which was extremely genuine and well done. Then onto the meal show and DJ. He kept telling me all along that the wedding would be on wheels all night. That's exactly how it went, just fun and excitement all day. Switches his flow to suit the crowd and kept the dance floor full. Everyone at the wedding said "thanks for a great day. Where did you find this guy?". Everyone. If you're planning a fun wedding that has something a little different with people ready to party, Scruffy is your man. Ultimate professional but with the perfect amount of crazy mixed in. 100% recommend. Absolute gent of a bloke and worth every cent, and still cheaper than getting different people in for all the different elements of the wedding. You will not regret it.

If you are thinking of booking Scruffy Duffy. Please stop thinking and get him booked now while you can!!! He is an absolute legend. He promised he would have place rocking and he was true to his word. Every single one of our guests said it was the best wedding they were ever at even the staff in the hotel were blown away. We went for the full wedding package. Scruffy expertly performed as our celebrant and DJ but the highlight was most definitely the MC during the Meal show. It really was a wedding with a difference. Looking down from the top table seeing people old and young up on their chairs dancing/enjoying themselves is a sight to behold. What a night!!

I just want to start out by simply saying, DJ Scruffy Duffy made our wedding. We got married on Thursday and people are still raving about how good he was. I won't lie, I was a bit nervous about not going for the traditional live music route, but as said before, this made made our day. He never stopped checking on the top table to make sure everything was OK, Scruffy Duffy has 20 years experience and it shows! If anyone is nervous about doing something different, don't be, trust the process and this man will not let you down. He honestly needs more than just 5 stars. "Best decision we ever made"
We had Scruffy for the MC during the meal show, when I say this man completely made our wedding, I’m not exaggerating! He was absolutely outstanding and every guest couldn’t get over the fun and excitement that he brought to our day. From the fashion show to the lip sync battle, he had the place absolutely rocking! One month on from our wedding, and our family and friends are still talking about him, so much so they are all asking have we got the wedding video yet so they can experience it all over again. Scruffy was a pleasure to deal with in the lead up to the wedding and was always quick to respond to any questions we had, he’s an absolute gentleman. When considering any form of entertainment for your wedding, scruffy should be the first name on your list, he provides all sorts of different packages, all reasonably priced too. Scruffy Duffy MC’d our wedding at the Ardilaun House Hotel last Sunday the 27th of August. Both Amy and I couldn’t recommend Scruffy Duffy highly enough, if there were more stars to add to the 5 stars I would add them. This man is so professional and from our first contact to the day itself he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our guests have never been at a wedding like ours before and were all amazed at the show that Scruffy put on. The entertainment was complete belly laughter right the way through!! What a way to spend your wedding day and a great way to set the the mood in the room before the band!! We had danced and laughed so much before the band started that everyone was warmed up to dance the night away. Don’t even think, just call Scruffy Duffy!! Worth every penny and more!! The man’s a living Legend!!

DJ Scruffy Duffy was MC at an Ireland/UK wedding in Galway last night. The unanimous verdict from all the guests was that it was the best wedding any of us had ever attended. We were dancing to the Fields of Athenry before 5pm and by the time DJ Scruffy Duffy finished up shortly before 8, we had danced our hearts out, were aching with laughter, the flip flops were out and the party mood had been set for the band to follow with the dance floor full all night. Book him now, you won’t regret it! Thanks for a great night and memories that will last a lifetime.

What can I say about Scruffy Duffy if I could give 100 stars I would, I am the General Manager of the Lough Rea Hotel and Spa in Galway and me and my team love to see scruffy coming through our doors, Scruffy is the best in the business when it comes to hosting a Christmas Party Night MC Show or for a wedding or corporate event, when it comes to running an event and planning an event Scruffy goes through every detail meticulously and makes it very personable, we had Scruffy at 2 of our Christmas Party Nights 2023 and He " Rocked" the rooms both nights with genuine excitement and he did exactly what he said he would do when I booked him personally. I booked him as I seen him in action at many weddings that I have hosted. If you want something different at your wedding - Book Scruffy. You definitely will not be dissappointed, not only is he very personable, friendly but professional to the highest standard. WOW...what a Show!
WOW.. what a show! 10 stars+ this man should have and it still wouldnt be enough. Couldn't recommend this man enough. Professional as they come and my god can he rock a room. Worth every penny and the rest if there 1s thing I would book over and over it would be Scruff. Our whole room was rocking from the minute we entered into it till he left. My guests were left speechless they couldn't get over it. At breakfast all people were talking about even my aunties I'm their 80's were on their feet dancing and singing. Was genuinely a few hours which il cherish forever and moments that myself and my wife will forever be thankful to Scruff for. A gentleman which didn't disturb the service and the hotel also so complimentary of and couldn't believe they had never seen him before. If you book anything for wedding entertainment make sure it's him he will rock that room and make it a night nobody will forget. Thanks Scruff for making our day the best day.

An unfiorgettable evening
I'm the Wedding coordinator in The Heights Hotel Killarney and met Martin for the first time last weekend. My usual advice to bride and grooms is to keep their day simple and don't book extra services bar a band and DJ. I have totally changed my mind after watching Scruffy Duffy perform on Friday! The energy and passion he brought to the meal was incredible! He brought a priceless mix of professionalism and fun to the proceedings which made the evening unforgettable. If you're planning on having any extras at your wedding you must choose Scruffy Duffy!
