The band can be tailored to suit your specific needs. If you are tight on space, our four-piece band has a sound big enough to get any dance floor hopping. For a touch of class, choose some brass players for that big band sound, and adding a female singer will provide that extra wow factor to make your event one to remember.
You have full control of your band. Musical preferences are discussed well in advance of your event, and timings are discussed with you on the day in order to maximise the band's playing time.
The Beams are efficient and quick when setting up (30-35 minutes on average), and take great care in ensuring the band sound is of the best quality possible.
We also provide a professional DJ service with an up to date repertoire, background music for drinks receptions or during dinner, an acoustic band for before or after your main...
event, music for ceremonies, and we take care of all sound and lighting equipment.

The best wedding band choice we could have hoped for
The Beams were a brilliant choice for our wedding band. Loads of our guests have asked us who they were, noting how great they were - everyone was up dancing and the dance floor was packed from start to finish. We also booked reception music with them - sax and piano - and they were super too! Communication, booking and set up on the day were all seamless. We couldn't recommend them more!

We were extremely lucky to have The Beams as our wedding band. From the first enquiry I made to them, right through the whole planning process, they were an absolute dream to deal with, so helpful and accommodating, nothing was ever too much and they always replied so promptly to any queries I had. On the night, I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they set up, I hardly noticed they were there. We were really looking forward to their performance as we had received great recommendations from others and they actually exceeded our expectations. They are incredibly talented and so professional at what they do. They read the crowd perfectly which meant the dancefloor was packed for the night. Our friends and family are still talking about what a fantastic time they had and how the band made it a night to remember. I cannot recommend The Beams highly enough to anyone planning their wedding, thank you all so much for making our night so memorable and ensuring our guests had the time of their lives!

Best wedding band ever!
We are so delighted that we booked The Beams for our wedding day. The choice of wedding band was the thing that mattered most to us when planning our wedding. We knew from our research that the Beams would be brilliant but they surpassed all of our expectations! We really wanted a party atmosphere and they ensured that the dancefloor was full for the entire night. On the day the band was set up so promptly that we could just go straight into dancing from the dinner. From the reception music, to the band and DJ, everything amazing from start to finish. From the minute we booked to the wedding day, they were so accommodating and professional, they gave us advice on playlists and even learned specific versions of songs that we requested. Miguel was in regular contact with us throughout the wedding planning process to ensure that everything was organised to a tee and that we were happy with everything. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made it all so seamless. All of our guests commented on how fantastic they were. I couldn’t recommend The Beams highly enough.
