Best Decision We Made For Our Wedding
Our wedding in Ireland was made unforgettable by the incredible performance of Trad Dispute – truly the highlight of our special day! Mary's professionalism and dedication were evident from the start. Despite the distance, she seamlessly communicated with us, taking the time to understand our preferences and style through virtual meetings. The band's energy and talent captivated our guests, who couldn't stop raving about them even days after the wedding! Mary went above and beyond, even teaching our guest an Irish jig at one point, adding an extra layer of joy to the festivities. My husband and I cannot wait to plan a return to Ireland just to experience the magic of Trad Dispute once again. Thank you, Mary, for playing such a pivotal role in creating unforgettable memories! ❤️

Above and BEYOND expectations!
We don't even know where to start! Mary and the band were absolutely AMAZING!!! From learning a piece of music especially for us in memory of my late father to the rest of the ceremony music, atmosphere, reception music and overall craic and entertainment we would highly recommend using Trad Dispute for your special day!!! We've been getting texts from all our family and friends since the wedding day asking who the musicians were! Was so fabulous to have a different twist on traditional ceremony music!! Highly recommend Trad Dispute!
Mary and Trad Dispute were one of the highlights of our wedding day. When we came across Trad Dispute by chance, we reached out to them and booked them in as quickly as we could for our drinks reception at Castlemartyr. Mary was great at emailing and communicating throughout the process, and on the day, they could not have been more amazing. They played our favourite songs and took requests from guests. We received so many compliments from our friends and family about Trad Dispute, and we cannot thank them enough for making our day perfect in every way. If you’re looking for a band to help celebrate your day, we highly highly recommend Trad Dispute!

Amazing!!!!
I had never heard Trad Dispute live before (I found them on Instagram and only heard them on there). They were unbelievable!! The perfect addition to our day 2 event. Our guests were quite chilled on day 2 but Mary and the rest of Trad dispute added so much life and fun to the evening. They are all so talented on the instruments and everyone was SOO impressed. I will definitely be reccomending to anyone who loves a wee Irish traditional touch. The perfect ending to our perfect 2 day wedding. Mary is also such a lovely lady and very easy to chat to! Day two celebrations with Trad Dispute
Trad Dispute were such an amazing addition to our wedding celebrations. We are so delighted that we booked them! They had a great repertoire of songs and really engaged with our guests to get the craic and dancing going. The booking process was made so simple and Mary is a great point of contact if you have any questions, responding to queries straight away. We hope to hear Trad Dispute at an event again very soon!

Highly recommend Trad Dispute
We booked Trad Dispute after seeing them play last Christmas. Mary was a pleasure to deal with from the first message. The music on the day was amazing and was thoroughly enjoyed by all of our guests both young and old! It was exactly what we wanted to get the craic going. Trad dispute for ceremony and drinks reception
Trad Dispute were a dream come true. Having a Trad band at our vow renewal /celebration day was something I had hoped for for a long time. I contacted Mary , she was so quick to respond, listened to all of my requests for the day and responded positively and with such excitement. We decided to have Trad dispute for our ceremony and for our drinks reception. We even upped the number of members from 3 to 4 close to the day and they were able to do that too. They learned an instrumental version of our chosen song for walking down the aisle. We were blown away by their talent. The music during our ceremony was exactly what I hoped it would be, they played beautifully. Following the ceremony they set up for our drinks reception and played the best Trad session, making sure to play our favourites that we had requested. Our guests were talking about them all day and the days after , such enthusiasm and wonderful talent. They were all so lovely and we couldn’t be more grateful to them for helping make our day so special . Thank you

Jen’s Hen Carlingford ⭐️
Mary and the lads played a hen for us in Carlingford! They were absolutely amazing! We can’t thank them enough! We were a small group of 16 but the atmosphere was brilliant, they played any requests we had, even got some of our crew up for a few songs and a go on the bodhrán. Our only regret was we didn’t book them for longer! 2 hours just wasn’t enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
