On the edge of the magnificent Dún a Rí Forest Park stands the majestic Cabra Castle, one of Ireland’s most luxurious castle hotels. A family-owned and run castle hotel, Cabra Castle hosts only one wedding per day, ensuring you receive the personal attention that you require and deserve, on such a memorable day. From the moment you first arrive, you and your guests will be treated like royalty!
On arrival, you will be greeted by the haunting melody of traditional bagpipes and a warm and personal welcome from our resident Irish Wolfhounds, Oscar & Claddagh.

Cabra Castle can cater for larger weddings of up to 290 guests. Waterford Crystal chandeliers, five-tiered golden candelabras, rich table linens and cut glass all grace our ballroom and continue the theme of timeless elegance and pure romance on each wedding day.
With a long-established reputation for fine food and wines, we offer a host of different menus from which to choose. Using only the finest of locally-produced ingredients, we guarantee a superb dining experience for all our guests.
Cabra Castle is a glorious place to hold a wedding ceremony and offers a choice of wonderful locations both indoor and outdoor where couples can say “I do”. As an approved venue, we take the stress out of travelling and offer a complete celebration under one historic roof for a Civil/Spiritual/Humanist Ceremony or Partnership.
