Wedding Venue
I don’t normally write reviews but I felt that we had to tell everyone what a fantastic experience we had with the Landmark Hotel, County Leitrim. Our choice to book this hotel for our wedding was the best decision that we could have made. From the start of viewing the hotel at the wedding fair, we were over whelmed by how beautiful our wedding could be. In fact, we booked the date there and then. We were not disappointed, we never had second thoughts, were helped and guided by Denice the wedding planner to make our day ‘Ours’. Every aspect of our day was tailored to us. We decided that for us staying the three days, giving us time to meet up with friends and family before the big day, and time to relax afters. The hotel is extremely comfortable plenty of room for family and guests. All of the staff were so friendly & helpful nothing was too much trouble. We were all made to feel really welcome. The food at the landmark was delicious, every meal was exceptional. All of our guests commented on this. In the whole time that we spent there not once could we fault a single thing. We cannot thank Denice and all of the staff at the Landmark for making our day the very best.

Just top class from start to finish. We spoke to a few vendors, but decided on the Landmark Hotel once we sat down with Denise. She promised to take all the stress out of the day and she truly delivered on this. The venue, the decor, the staff, and the food were top class. the build was stress free thanks to Denise and her team and we had the best day from start to finish. From start to finish Denise in the Landmark Hotel was a pleasure to deal with . I generally don’t leave reviews as I’d be regarded as a person hard to please or quite critical but Deniece undoubtedly deserves special recognition . Having visited a number of hotels as prospective wedding venues , we were immediately made feel welcome and at ease by Denise. She was so friendly, genuine and absolutely nothing was an issue with her . We knew there and then that the Landmark was the ideal venue for us . She was the difference ! After finalising the date and some details , any queries that we had were always dealt with promptly and without any fuss . Her recommendations proved invaluable to us and she really made the whole process so simple . Caroline and myself could not recommend Denise enough . Her positive , organised , calming characteristics are attributes we should all aspire to possess . We had a truly memorable day that will stay with us for the rest of our lives . Denise and her support staff were a complete joy to work with it and I’d have no hesitation in advising any future wedding couples to pick up the phone and chat her and make a wedding appointment. The Landmark Hotel 5 star service
Once we arrived at The Landmark Hotel and met with Denice we didn't think twice about booking our wedding there. The hotel looks amazing and the wedding package was very reasonable and included everything you could think of. We had a few special requests, also, as we were having a Christmas wedding and had kids at it too. Everything we asked for was no problem at all. Denice made sure everything was handled and the day ran so smoothly, from start to finish, we didn't have to think or worry about anything. The food was so good and all our guests said they enjoyed the meal and couldn't fault it. Definitely glad we decided to go with the Landmark for our special day.

Firstly, we would like to say a massive thank you to Denice and all the staff at the Landmark Hotel. We will be forever grateful to all the team for making our day, one we will never forget, and that will live long in the memory of our guests. If any couple are considering the Landmark, honestly you will not be disappointed, we could not recommend it highly enough. Denice was a pleasure to deal with throughout. Her knowledge and experience was invaluable, ensuring we had peace of mind on the day knowing everything was in her capable hands. In the build up to the day itself she was so accommodating with her time and her advice around table plans etc was so important, ensuring we maximized space and atmosphere (our wedding was 250+ guests). Her attention to detail is meticulous, the function room looked absolutely stunning and the small little details such as pizza in the residents was a lovely touch. We cannot speak highly enough of all the Landmark staff. From receptionists, to the bar staff, to the function room staff etc, honestly we’ve been to a lot of weddings across numerous venues, but the staff in the Landmark are second to none. They actually added to the overall atmosphere of the wedding and all our guests were so complimentary of the service they received. The food is another area where the Landmark really excels. We picked Salmon and Sirloin Steak as our mains and were slightly nervous about how the kitchen would cope given the quantity of steaks that were ordered. We needn’t have been!! They were cooked to perfection and again drew huge praise from all guests. Hats off to Hugh the Chef and all his staff. So, to conclude, if any couples are considering the Landmark, please take that first step and lift the phone to Denice and arrange a viewing. No doubt, like us, you will be blown away by the level of professionalism and service the Landmark exudes and will be in no doubt it is the right venue to celebrate your big day.
